These Terms and Conditions are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. They govern access to https://impulsum.ai, related websites, and Impulsum digital products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are owned and operated by Impulsum Technologies Private Limited, with its registered office at 8-89 Poli Reddy, Kanigiri, Andhra Pradesh 523230, India (“Impulsum”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and the policies linked above.

Impulsum products are offered primarily to businesses. The Restaurant POS launch offering is currently intended for business customers in India. A person creating or administering an account confirms that they are authorised to act for the relevant business.

• Provide complete, current, and accurate registration details.
• Protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
• Ensure staff access, product usage, and business data comply with applicable law.

Product pricing, taxes, billing cadence, onboarding scope, and any introductory discount are shown or confirmed before activation. You agree to pay the charges accepted at checkout or in the applicable order form. Payment processing may be provided by an authorised third-party payment provider and may also be subject to that provider's terms.

A purchase creates a binding agreement for the selected Services. Cancellation and refund eligibility are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You must not use the Services to:

• break any applicable Indian or local law;
• gain unauthorised access to another account, device, system, or dataset;
• upload malicious code, disrupt availability, or bypass security or licence controls;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights; or
• resell, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the Services except where a written agreement or applicable law permits it.

We work to keep the Services reliable and secure, but availability can be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, payment providers, device configuration, and third-party services. Restaurant operators remain responsible for their menu, prices, taxes, receipts, staff permissions, customer notices, and operational decisions.

Impulsum and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, design, branding, documentation, and platform content. Customers retain ownership of business content they submit and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, protect, and support that content while providing the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every configuration or third-party integration will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts having competent jurisdiction in Andhra Pradesh, India. We may update these terms to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
